No signature or PIN is required for purchases under $100, making purchases faster and easier. Look for this symbol at the point of sale. Just hold your card featuring the Visa payWave logo against the contactless terminal at participating retailers, wait for the approval, and you're good to go. Your card never leaves your hand when you make a payment so you're always in control. Also, it isn't possible for you to be billed twice - even if you tap more than once at the checkout, you'll only get billed once for the purchase. If you are a current Citibank cardholder, we will issue you with a new credit card with Visa payWave or MasterCard PayPass when your current card is due to expire, or as a replacement if it is reported as lost or stolen.
