$50 Citi Prepaid Gift Card |
1. Information on how to enter the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Customers who take up the offer are taken to agree to these Terms and Conditions. If a person does not agree he or she is required to expressly inform the Promoter and will be disqualified from this offer.
2. The Promotion commences at 12.00 am AEST on 13 December 2012 and closes at 11.59 pm AEST on 31 December 2013 ("Promotion Period"). The Promoter is Citigroup Pty Limited ABN 88 004 325 080 AFSL No. 238098, Australian credit licence 238098, ("Promoter") of 2 Park St, Sydney NSW 2000.
3. Participation in the Promotion is only open to customers who are eligible to apply for Allianz business insurance products distributed by Citibank. Eligible Allianz business insurance products are 'Business Pack', 'Office Pack', 'Retailers Pack' and 'Trades and Services Pack.' The Promoter reserves the right to refuse fulfilment of the offer if a person does not meet the eligibility criteria. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the offer process. Further, the Promoter may refuse fulfilment of the offer if any contact details provided over the internet or telephone is incorrect.
4. To be eligible for the Promotion, a customer must, during the Promotion Period, obtain a quote and purchase a new Allianz business insurance policy distributed by Citibank, with a minimum annual premium of $500, by calling 1300 301 675.
5. For a customer to receive the offer, they must purchase a new Allianz business insurance policy distributed by Citibank and maintain an active Allianz business insurance policy distributed by Citibank for a minimum of 60 days (including the cooling off period). For an Allianz business insurance policy distributed by Citibank to be active, a person needs to pay all premiums for the minimum holding period of 60 days (including the cooling off period).
6. On completion of the Allianz business insurance policy distributed by Citibank being active for 60 days (including the cooling off period), the $50 Citi Prepaid Gift Card will be posted to the recipient. Delivery of the Gift Card will take up to 60 days from the day the recipient completes the minimum 60 day active policy period.
7. Only one (1) $50 Citi Prepaid Gift Card will be awarded per customer of an Allianz business insurance policy distributed by Citibank ('Recipient').
8. The $50 Citi Prepaid Gift Card is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If a $50 Citi Prepaid Gift Card or receipt of it incurs a tax liability, the relevant recipient of the $50 Citi Prepaid Gift Card ("Recipient") is liable for payment of such tax.

10. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
11. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); or
b. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.
