Setting up Direct Debits

You can set up direct debits on your Ready Credit, Personal Credit, Diners Club Credit Line or Business Credit account any time by following the below setting up direct debit steps.

Contact your service providers.

Step 02

Provide your Citibank Lending account details to your biller and advise them your preferred method of payment is direct debit from your Lending account.

Switching direct debits to your Citibank Lending account.

If you would like to switch your direct debits from another account over to your Citibank Lending account, we have a free and easy service to help you. Simply follow the switching steps below.

Step 01

Click here and fill in the switching form giving us permission to contact your providers on your behalf to switch your regular payments to your Citibank Lending account.

Step 02

Send your completed switching form to us at Citibank, Reply Paid, Box 3483 Sydney NSW 2001. No stamp required.

Step 03

When we hear back from your providers, we'll send you a list of your regular payments for your records. If you've chosen to only switch some of your regular payments, then you'll need to select which payments you want to switch to your Citibank Lending account and send the forms back to us. You'll receive confirmation from your providers once the changes have been made.
