Step 1Sign into your account at citibank.com.auStep 2Click on 'Services' menu and select 'Card Services'
Step 3Click 'Additional Cardholder'
Step 4Enter OTP
Step 5Fill in form and click 'Next'
Step 6Confirm information is correct and click 'Next'
Step 7Read terms and conditions, tick agree and click 'Submit'
